I cannot reset the television to where I only have two TVs on it and Ive been blocked from my own account for almost a month because of your dirty filthy way of trying to do business without outlander. Youll be the dirt that you belong in.

I cannot wait to cancel my subscription. I absolutely hate stars and the people that run it.

User's recommendation: do not buy stars they don’t care about you. You’re just another piece of money to them or a number. The only way they’ll ever get a hold of you is if you owe them money or need something and then they’ll only do it by cutting you off their pure evil

I cannot access my subscription. It says I have exceeded the devices I can use.

I tried to use my subscription, and it says that I have exceeded the number of devices I can use with my subscription. I have two TVs in my house, and only one of them is on, so I called customer service, and they're closed. *** customer service, if you ask me.

Been getting charged twice

I need to speak to someone. I am not happy at all.

I have been charged for stars on my checking account and my debit card. When I tried to call Stars, I got this nonsense. I want to speak to a person. It's a simple fact that I have been charged for three years for Stars on my charge card and, at the same time, by my checking account.

I just want both of them cancelled and I have to go through all of this. I just need to speak to a person.

Bad promotions that no one was able to make sure I received the one year promotion only monthly.

You are running all of these deals & it kept rejecting all of my charge cards. The chat was not very helpful.

When I went on my computer since it wouldn't let me order the promotion on my phone it was much high to sign up. This was a disappointing experience for a company that has been around as long as this has.

My account auto renewed without my knowledge

I had an account a year ago and cancelled it rather quickly because there wasn't enough content for me to keep the account. Then I noticed it auto-renewed for a full year subscription, without even an email telling me this was coming.

Their chat system with an agent is a joke.

I waited close to an hour and got no live agent. I now don't expect to get any response to an email until Monday, and I expect I'm going to get ripped off for a year subscription that I have no desire to have.
