For one, when somebody calls, they can have a representative answer the phone. I pay money every month for a subscription that I can't watch on my TV.

I used to get my stars billing monthly on my Visa card and I used to pay $9,99/month. No for some reason I see I have been changed to my MasterCard account and I was charged $45.99.
And I dont know how this happened as I did not do this. I would like to have somebody from your customer service Billing Department call me in regards to the switch.
I do not want to have stars. Please call me at 708-207-**** thank you.

Could Not be helped without account email although I provided my name billing information. I contacted customer service support to ask for cancellation of my STARZ account.

I got the offer off of Facebook, and now it won't come to my TV for my STARS I had already paid for it through Facebook, but I already have a STARS account with you guys, so can you switch the payment from Facebook to my STARS app on my TV? Can you help me?
Can I talk to a real person
I was trying to get another Chanel added to my Starz package but was told I had to be a new customer, but when I reread the article it didnt say that at all. At any rate I was denied the service; Also he didnt explain why I couldnt get it sufficiently, just you have to be a new customer end of call!

Do Not Subscribe. Impossible to make contact. 1000% Automated
No help at all. I bought the $3 a month option for three months.
I clicked on it and it was a deal for half a year for $17.99, so I clicked on it and paid for it. However, when I tried to get on my STARZ app, it said my email did not exist, so I can't stream it onto my TV. It's not on my iPhone or my iPad.
I paid the money and I can't talk to a representative. I've tried for hours and hours today, so I don't know how this works.

Verified Reviewer |Resolved: It was time to renew or csnvel. I cancelled but they were charging me for another month (I cancelled the day before). As I was cancelling a popup offered me $29,** /year but charged me $69.**.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered.
It wss time to renew or cancel my subscriptiom. I cancelled.
But they were charging me an extra month. As I continued to cancel they offered me a promotion of $29.** + tax/year but they billed me the full amount of $69.** +tax They have already taken my money!

The Starz subscription was cancelled in August 2024. An unauthorized transaction was attempted on my debit card on January 26, 2025, by Starz.
Preferred solution: Stop trying to access my debit card.

I have tried several times to subscribe to STARZ independently of Amazon prime or prime, and I have been unsuccessful each time. At this point, I am not sure whether I want to continue trying or not!

I did not authorize that payment taken out Sunday. I had canceled the subscription, but it was still showing active to an out-of-town TV, so I couldn't refund my money.
