Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Tried to contact starz was sent to just answer with a fee.
Disputed with bank. Contact your bank and dispute charge.
Unable to cancel Starz without going to JustAnswer. Never worked, and I got charged again. Don't ever subscribe to Starz.

- - STARZ chat gave crickets and no verify email.
- - Cancelling after accepting a Google offer triggers PLEASE DON'T GO prompts but no help.
Requested assistance from STARZ chat, nothing but crickets on the chat, no notifications that they sent an email that I needed to 'verify' to move forward. NOTHING!
BUT! when I go to cancel, as I'd accepted an offer through Google, THEN I get PLEASE DON'T GO's! and offers all over. But still, no service response.
GOOGLE, as I've already accepted, and NOW need to cancel, is NOTORIOUSLY HORRID!
It doesn't matter if you've NEVER used the product or not, or if it's your money, FORGET IT! Once they have it, it's theirs!

If you wont to talk to someone it is a 2nd party who you have to Pay $9.95 an do that by Chat I choose not to because they don't work for Starz an I know they are limited as to what can do for you(Done that w FB an a waste of time an money) Never again will I ever do that

- - I started a chat and got no response, and I was told I'd receive an email within 48 hours, but it's been 96 hrs.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Payment was refunded.
Reach out several ways and see what happens. If you haven't heard anything by the second week, you may want to dispute it.
I ordered the service and when I tried to watch it less than 2 hours later, it didn't play. I started a chat and got no response.
I received a message that I would receive an email within 48 hrs.
96 hours later, and I'm still waiting. The service is trash!

I cancelled my account and was still charged a 69.99 renewal fee, I keep calling customer service and every rtime they call me back they hang up when I say hello you can never get in touch with anyone I spoke to one lady and she could not find my account so she stayed on phone but was silent on other line because I told her that was the email for account but she claim to see nothing but yet I have a charge on my credit card

I have been trying for two hours. I've spoken to representatives on the phone. I still cannot sign into my Starz account. Please, I need your help.

I've tried over and over again. I put my email address, and it says there is already an email address for the Starz account, but I put in my password, and it's not letting me sign in.

What do I have to do if I cant get it in on two TVs ok n the house but it does in one tv??? Its one household and they are all. Mart TVs.??? I typed more than the 100 characters now, you time out when I wait on hold on a call you tell me I time out snd hang up.

- - The message offers no login help and no way to reach a person.
I found three completely different phone numbers for Starz customer service. All three are answered by the exact same automated voice message which offer no help for my login issue--and no way to reach an actual person.

I sent an email in December and detailed everything. I received a vague response, I responded to that email and my issue was resolved.
