I cannot reset the television to where I only have two TVs on it and Ive been blocked from my own account for almost a month because of your dirty filthy way of trying to do business without outlander. Youll be the dirt that you belong in.
I cannot wait to cancel my subscription. I absolutely hate stars and the people that run it.

I tried to use my subscription, and it says that I have exceeded the number of devices I can use with my subscription. I have two TVs in my house, and only one of them is on, so I called customer service, and they're closed. *** customer service, if you ask me.

I need to speak to someone. I am not happy at all.
I have been charged for stars on my checking account and my debit card. When I tried to call Stars, I got this nonsense. I want to speak to a person. It's a simple fact that I have been charged for three years for Stars on my charge card and, at the same time, by my checking account.
I just want both of them cancelled and I have to go through all of this. I just need to speak to a person.
- What the this makes no sense
- Double charge you and then make it hard to cancel

My experience was terrible with STARZ! They never called me back and showed no concern for my problem.

You are running all of these deals & it kept rejecting all of my charge cards. The chat was not very helpful.
When I went on my computer since it wouldn't let me order the promotion on my phone it was much high to sign up. This was a disappointing experience for a company that has been around as long as this has.

I had an account a year ago and cancelled it rather quickly because there wasn't enough content for me to keep the account. Then I noticed it auto-renewed for a full year subscription, without even an email telling me this was coming.
Their chat system with an agent is a joke.
I waited close to an hour and got no live agent. I now don't expect to get any response to an email until Monday, and I expect I'm going to get ripped off for a year subscription that I have no desire to have.
