I was billed on 2 accounts. Different emails.

I had no idea this was happening until December 2025 when I called my bank about the transactions. A $25.99 Starz charge appeared on my account. It has taken 8 attempts to get this resolved. If you call too many times and opt for a callback, they will not call this phone number back or they hang up.

Not one customer service representative, if that's what they call themselves, attempted to find either one of my accounts. I did not order quarterly billing. In December, I called customer service and I was refunded $25.99, but I'm still owed $39.99. I was told I was refunded the only amount of $25.99, but your company owes me for the stress, the rudest employees, and stealing customers' money.

Unbelievable. What a terrible way to treat people who give you jobs.

User's recommendation: The worse company for overbilling, terrible customer service.

Monetary Loss: $40.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Starz Pros: Trials.

Starz Cons: Customer service, Cancelled but billed anyway.

Location: Klamath Falls, Oregon

So two accounts exist with two different emails that are yours and both have your banking information?? I guess that happened by magic.

You created the chaos and subsequently your own stress. (which btw if $25 and $40 charges cause stress, maybe remove streaming a premium channel from your wish list)
