Signed up for Starz on a promotion, they billed me a full year and promotion price. 3weeks later, multiple calls and emails they denied it until I finally had bank send proof.
Then they refunded the original error, kept money for my new year subscription, canceled it and told me he was doing me the favor because "they don't do refunds". So they stole the money, hid it, then still canceled the subscription I actually paid for.
User's recommendation: Never. This isn't even 1st time they've done this.

For one, when somebody calls, they can have a representative answer the phone. I pay money every month for a subscription that I can't watch on my TV.

Charged twice and still can not watch stars on my tv
I had just ordered STARZ last night and apparently it will not let me have any access to watch it on my TV or on my iPhone. It says too many devices are being used at this time and I havent even had the opportunity to use it at all and not only that it charged me twice For the services which I have not used and what is on there says Kayla or kids which is clearly not myself so Im not sure how that got on there

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They finally unsubscribed me and stopped charging my account.
I called repeatedly to cancel my subscription but they constantly steal money. Never deal with thieves like Stars.
The movies are disgusting and there is nothing that I ever wanted to watch anyway. UNSUBSCRIBE ME NOWn

Ive been asking and deactivating this for months and still being charged to my bank account, but have no email joined to starz so I cant even watch it , costumer service cant find my account connected with my email , I want my refund from December 2023 10.99 a month, and deactivate it ! I was told I cant have the account deactivated till I speak to someone and I bn waiting since November and nothing

I do not wish to continue with my STARZ subscription. It was not user-friendly with the remote; programs were OK, but I have decided that I do not want STARZ anymore.
So, please delete my subscription and do not charge my card anymore. My experience has not been what I expected it to be.
Therefore, I have made this decision that I do not want to have this subscription any longer. Please cancel immediately.

Again, I called customer service and I was told to check my managed devices. Apparently, I was only allowed six devices, however, I’ve only been using three devices to access the STARZ account.
I went into my account, then settings to manage devices. I found 26 devices on my account.
I deleted all but four of the devices. It appears that I can now access my STARZ series, but it’s still difficult to access the actual series and not be shuffled into the subscription loop.
It took hours for a customer to resolve this. I signed up for Outlander. I tried to watch the episodes, but every 60 seconds the app would start buffering. Once again, I had to spend hours trying to get hold of customer service.
STARZ finally admitted that it was not my fault and they were working on a solution. It took so long that I bought the DVDs on Amazon. I tried to watch again, but I was unable to sign in. The sign-in program was running on a loop, so every time I attempted to sign in or log in, it would loop back to the beginning.
Customer service is very difficult to get hold of a human representative. Customer support is only available from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
If I email the problem, I will get three responses from three different people. I am surprised STARZ is still in business.

I've been paying my monthly bill for Starz faithfully, but now I can't access the Starz app. It says my password is incorrect.
I've tried to change it, but I can't.
I just want to cancel my subscription. I'm tired of dealing with Starz; I'm highly disappointed.

I have been trying to sign in to your app for over a week since I purchased your services once again. It is much easier to reach someone at the White House than your customer service department.

I have cancelled many times but keep getting charged. I called and spoke to a representative.
I didn't request a refund and she reassured me that it was cancelled and I would no longer be charged. Unfortunately, I was charged again.
Now, I want a refund for more than the last charge. It's ridiculous!
