I'm getting billed twice for Starz. They just took a payment from my card and are going to charge me again on October 11 through Starz. This has been going on for a year or so.

I cancelled my service for stars over 3 weeks ago, but you guys charged me for another month. Moreover, it was supposed to be only 3.99 for the first initial month of preview.
I never received any special offer for the first month, trial or 7 free days or anything like that. Yet you guys charged me 3.99 and then I cancelled my service, but I was supposed to be able to still watch it for a month. Despite this, you guys shut it off.
Consequently, I had to sign in again just to finish watching it for the month. Then you guys charged me for two months.

They could have someone answer the phone! Or at least adhere to my cancellation request, which I have made multiple times through Roku where I ordered the service years and years ago.

I have never used Starz to begin with
Starz has been debiting my account monthly despite me contacting them (vis email because talking directly to someone has proven impossible) multiple times. I cannot log in to sort anything out because I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT and NEVER HAVE!!!
This company is stealing money from my account and I can't get through to speak to any employees. Frustrating, frustrating, frustrating!!

My name is Alberta Gallo, my husband Michael and I recently subscribed on April 28th to your YouTube movie service from my YouTube account. I am trying to cancel my subscription as we have changed our minds due to what we feel is a lack of good movies and I have gone through your process to cancel it and I keep getting directed to the Google Play App on my phone to finish the cancelation, however...Google Play does not even show I have a subscription to STARZ at all and therefore I cannot cancel it.
This is upsetting to me because it is the second time this has happened to me, my husband and I should have learned our lesson as this same situation happened with another movie subscription compsny on YuoTube in the past. Google Play does not keep a very good track of subscriptions people have. It took us a half a year to cancel that and we were charged for it for 6 months before we got it canceled. We do not want this to be happening again with STARZ.
I have changed my mind and want to cancel STARZ immediately as of today.
It cannot be canceled through Google Play. Can you cancel it on your end please?
User's recommendation: DO NOT GET A YOUTUBE MOVIE SUBSCRIPTION FOR ANYTHING UNLESS YOU PLAN TO KEEP IT A WHILE BECAUSE IT CANNOT BE CANCELED ON GOOGLE PLAY AND YOUR BANK WILL LIKELY ONLY OFFER TO CANCEL YOUR BANKCARD, NOT BLOCK ANY COMPANY FROM TAKING FUNDS.

Please refund the amount charged, $10.66.

I have not had an active STARZ account since BMF ended. I noticed today stage is charging me monthly for services.
I do not use. Customer service could not find an account in my name so they couldnt give me any information but I am being charged.

I'm trying to get a refund because y'all charged me and I haven't used stars in a while and it's hard to get a hold to y'all but for you to take my money it's easy I really need someone to give me a call back so I can get my money refunded if you're going to be a future customer make sure you can get a hold to somebody this is ridiculous
