You took payment for 12.99 Roku Starz and still asking for more payment and payment suppose to be 2.99
Payment has been made, I’m being blocked saying to my payment didn’t go through
I paid my prescription; my screen is being blocked, saying my payment failed. Could someone please have this resolved?
I want to continue enjoying my series. If not, refund my payment, please.
It also said I would be paying $6.99 for the first 6 months. I was charged twice; my bank took it off, as you can see in the screenshot of my payment.

Paid subscript but wont let me on site . Says pick a plan so its not showing its paid!!!
What do I have to do if I cant get it in on two TVs ok n the house but it does in one tv??? Its one household and they are all. Mart TVs.??? I typed more than the 100 characters now, you time out when I wait on hold on a call you tell me I time out snd hang up.
Then you dont answer my questions on chat with Sarah. Chat bot.

Im very upset about money being taken off my card because I know stars has been canceled and I never ordered it again
Resolved: I paid $26 for one month of Starz. It was supposed to be two dollars a month for a year. I got it through Zip. I can’t watch Starz because I don’t know what to do.
Ive already paid once today and theyre trying tto get me to pay again. I cannot afford to pay Starz more than one time a month.

Used to have a good variety of movies. Based my subscription on a previous service. Now, the same old crap, no new selection unless you like black gangster *** Can't wait for the subscription to run out.

Incompetent help, both the renewal and customer service
Tried to renew my subscription, twice, got a 3D verification denial, twice, looked at my bank, I was charged a $1, twice, called my bank.
They said it was on Starz end.
Called Starz, was put on a 20 minute call back, an HOUR LATER received a call,was put on hold, then got hung up on.
Went online, after 10 minutes of waiting my dog had to ***
Went back on website and after twenty minutes gave up
Either get it right or give me my money AND MY MONEY BACK

I had a deduction for my checking account for a payment of $49.09 the other day 2025 December I did not wish to continue the subscription but I had paid all the way up until June by them taking that payment out.
I want my money back in my account.
If I'm not getting the service I should not have to pay for it.

I talked to every human I could get on the phone and received no help whatsoever from them. I received the same prepared answer from each person separately. There was authenticity in any of the responses or any sense of concern with my issue!
I spent a week trying to cancel my subscription on line with no success. The phone number listed gives more automated responses and no help.
You have to give a star to write a review.
I guess that accounts for the 1 in your 1.7 overall rating in customer service. Then you have to write 100 characters to leave a review..
