I talked to every human I could get on the phone and received no help whatsoever from them. I received the same prepared answer from each person separately. There was authenticity in any of the responses or any sense of concern with my issue!
I spent a week trying to cancel my subscription on line with no success. The phone number listed gives more automated responses and no help.
You have to give a star to write a review.
I guess that accounts for the 1 in your 1.7 overall rating in customer service. Then you have to write 100 characters to leave a review..

When I tried to go back to a series I was watching, it stopped me and asked if I wanted a Trial. It continued to not recognize that I am a paying customer already. Calling Customer Service didnt get me anywhere.

Can't connect to my Roku TV, and I have a subscription on my Samsung TV already. I have had it for a while.
I tried to connect it to my Roku TV, but it keeps telling me to subscribe. I don't want to have to pay for it two times because I did that before, so I'm hoping you can help me connect it to my Roku TV without paying for it twice.

Locked out again. I am a paid customer through next spring and I continue to not be recognized and am asked to signup.
I do have a terrible time getting to my movie. Can you tell me why this keeps happening?
I was very able to find the Stars app. It just asked me if I wanted a trial. Tried many times and she asked me to turn off my tv and turn it back on.
I knew this wouldnt work and it didnt.
I tried to copy a code from the tv but that didnt work. She left me instructions how to do exactlly what we did but when I try it wont accept my password and asked me again if I wanted a trial.
No resolution.

I have been trying to get a refund for two days. I tried to get the promo deal on Facebook. It took my money but will not let me log in. STARZ it asking I pay $5 more to get assistance with this probl
I signed up for the promo on Facebook, and it took my money but will not let me log in. It asked me to change my password but then took me to the STARZ menu and asked me to pick a new plan.
I can't get past the robot for assistance unless I pay $5 more for help. I already lost $12 and will not risk another dime to resolve this.

I supposedly canceled my subscription two or three weeks ago and you still charge me 11 dollars and change all Im trying to do is verify the cancellation for some reason I cant do it online. Im not mad other than I just need to cancel.

You make it impossible to cancel a membership or pause a membership. . Wouldn't recommend for that reason alone .

Charged my account more than the 29.99 for 1 year
Starz charged my account more than the promotional amount of 29.99 a year. They charged me 44.90. If I can't resolve this issue, I will cancel the subscription.
