No, they billed me although I have no subscription. There's their chat and no one responded.
I called and was told the wait time was 20 minutes, so I opted for a callback. Never got a callback for an hour and twenty minutes so I called back and waited on the phone. I was told they don't do refunds. I was told it was under review.
No remedy was offered even though a refund is the only acceptable remedy. Now, I am waiting to see if I can get my own money back.

This subscription was cancelled January 3, 2025–yet they still took money on March 8, 2025
As of today, March14, 2025, Starz has not followed up and I have not received a refund. I will NEVER be a Starz customer again. I don’t know if their policy is to wait a certain number of days before it’s issued, but I don’t care because MY policy is not to have money taken out of an account after I have canceled the subscription.
I tried to take care of it on chat a couple of days ago. No one ever answered the chat. So I waited until today and called at 10:19 a.m. The message said the wait time was 20 minutes.
At 11:43 a.m. I still hadnt received a call back, so I called again. After quite a wait, someone finally answered-and of course we had to play 20 questionseven more irritating. Even though it was THEIR mistake, and they did acknowledge that I didnt have an active account, and they also acknowledged that I, in fact, had been billed and they have my money.
THEN I got an email that said that it was under review and they dont usually do refunds. The ONLY remedy for this is a refund. It wasnt MY mistake, it was THEIRS.
So now I am waiting to hearby email, mind youwhether or not I get a refund because it is under review. I want my money back because 1) I dont have an active account even though they took the money for it, 2) because it IS MY money, 3) because they offered no remedy, 4) because they said they dont do refunds, 5) because it is NOT up to them how MY money gets spent, 6) because I shouldnt have to correct mistakes that are NOT mine, and 7) because I should not have had to spend this much time trying to get THEIR mistake resolved.

I ended up getting a promotion saying to get 3 months for $2.99 and then after, stop after the 3 months were over that we were paid the regular price. Every time I go in to watch a movie, it is telling me to reactivate, and I don't understand if I already paid it.
Am I supposed to pay it after the 2 months or 3 months are over? Why is it charging me more money?

Signed up for Starz on a promotion, they billed me a full year and promotion price. 3weeks later, multiple calls and emails they denied it until I finally had bank send proof.
Then they refunded the original error, kept money for my new year subscription, canceled it and told me he was doing me the favor because "they don't do refunds". So they stole the money, hid it, then still canceled the subscription I actually paid for.

For one, when somebody calls, they can have a representative answer the phone. I pay money every month for a subscription that I can't watch on my TV.

Do Not Subscribe. Impossible to make contact. 1000% Automated
No help at all. I bought the $3 a month option for three months.
I clicked on it and it was a deal for half a year for $17.99, so I clicked on it and paid for it. However, when I tried to get on my STARZ app, it said my email did not exist, so I can't stream it onto my TV. It's not on my iPhone or my iPad.
I paid the money and I can't talk to a representative. I've tried for hours and hours today, so I don't know how this works.

Verified Reviewer |Resolved: It was time to renew or csnvel. I cancelled but they were charging me for another month (I cancelled the day before). As I was cancelling a popup offered me $29,** /year but charged me $69.**.

But they were charging me an extra month. As I continued to cancel they offered me a promotion of $29.** + tax/year but they billed me the full amount of $69.** +tax They have already taken my money!

The Starz subscription was cancelled in August 2024. An unauthorized transaction was attempted on my debit card on January 26, 2025, by Starz.

Charged twice and still can not watch stars on my tv
I had just ordered STARZ last night and apparently it will not let me have any access to watch it on my TV or on my iPhone. It says too many devices are being used at this time and I havent even had the opportunity to use it at all and not only that it charged me twice For the services which I have not used and what is on there says Kayla or kids which is clearly not myself so Im not sure how that got on there

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They finally unsubscribed me and stopped charging my account.
I called repeatedly to cancel my subscription but they constantly steal money. Never deal with thieves like Stars.
The movies are disgusting and there is nothing that I ever wanted to watch anyway. UNSUBSCRIBE ME NOWn
