Again, I called customer service and I was told to check my managed devices. Apparently, I was only allowed six devices, however, I’ve only been using three devices to access the STARZ account.
I went into my account, then settings to manage devices. I found 26 devices on my account.
I deleted all but four of the devices. It appears that I can now access my STARZ series, but it’s still difficult to access the actual series and not be shuffled into the subscription loop.
It took hours for a customer to resolve this. I signed up for Outlander. I tried to watch the episodes, but every 60 seconds the app would start buffering. Once again, I had to spend hours trying to get hold of customer service.
STARZ finally admitted that it was not my fault and they were working on a solution. It took so long that I bought the DVDs on Amazon. I tried to watch again, but I was unable to sign in. The sign-in program was running on a loop, so every time I attempted to sign in or log in, it would loop back to the beginning.
Customer service is very difficult to get hold of a human representative. Customer support is only available from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
If I email the problem, I will get three responses from three different people. I am surprised STARZ is still in business.

I was watching it. Stopped to go in another room and would not come back on. I dont know what else to write
User's recommendation: Have a lot of patience when calling. Hard to get a real person to talk to.
I had a difficult time getting to a person. But when I was able to reach out to someone, they did help me with the issue I had.
What I said before basically, I did have a difficult time reaching somebody in person. Customer Service is mandatory. I should not have to try for at least a week to talk to someone.

Same here
