On December 31st 2024, I tried calling about 1:00 in the afternoon. The first time I called I chose to stay on the line.
After about 40 minutes waiting, they say it's not available and hung up on me. I called back about half an hour later and chose for them to call me back.
It has been more than 24 hours and I have still not received a call back!

Signed, paid for Starz $24/year subscription. Unable to open anything!
Website advised I exceeded maximum number of devices allowed (13) I have three! Was instructed to delete some, log out and log back in, which I did. However, again unable to open anything because I I had too many devices!! Canceled subscription after only two days.
Website stated I could continue to watch until December 2025 BUT, again, unable to open, anything,for the same reason (too many devices!) Starz is a joke! .
User's recommendation: Be wary of Starz's special offers. Nothing special about them.
Cannot access my STARZ
I have called and left my number for a callback and Ive been waiting for hours. No one is getting back to me. They have issues.
I am mad because I cancelled STARZ online several months ago and I am still paying for it. Plus, I am watching Outlander now and I can’t watch any episodes past Season 7, episode one!
I cant watch any more episodes of Outlander after season 7 episode 2. Also I cancelled STARZ many months ago online and it never cancelled. I am mad!
User's recommendation: Don’t subscribe. You can’t get out of it!
Getting riggedstay away from starz

When I press on to STARZ it say I reached the maximum of device logged in but Im the only person n the house with it and I paid so I dont know what the issue is

I have been charged since July the 10th for service that l discontinued. I tried calling several times to ask your company stop charging me, to no avail.
Please refund me my money for the four months of continued service that l cancelled.
I would truly appreciate the refund.

I bought a subscription for 3999 for six months. It was a promotional thing during Christmas, but theyve been charging me every month even after I paid the 3999. I need to talk to somebody because I cant figure this out and every time I try to call, I never get through to anybody.
