Y'all charged me $49.27. I need to cancel.

I will not pay that amount. Y'all are robbing customers. How can an app charge that much?

Why was I charged $10 if he says 299

I was charged $10 when they said it was $2.99. Yes, I've been a customer, but I haven't had STARZ in a long time and I was told I was going to be paying $2.99.

Instead, $10 was taken out of my account. Please help.

I have been charged twice by Stars with no secondary email. I reached out to customer support chat and Alejandro H.

extremely rude. You know you have to be unpleasant when you can tell by text. No apologies about this company essentially stealing my money and no resolution. Whether over the phone or thru chat a representative of the company should never be dismissive or rude.

Word of advice to Alejandro H. and other customer support representatives, if you are not good with people, find another profession.

Paid for STARZ TV not receiving it

Paid for service but nothing call my bank a they assured me that it was paid.Tried to watch starz and it still.want me to pay and I paid the 2.99 plus tax 3.23 and nothing. It took me too long to try to unsubscribe from Stars when I'm watching Stars the thing a stop right in the middle of the program might take it 10-15 minutes before we start back sometimes it don't start back at all maybe the next day I don't need that so cuz I get tired of having to real jet and I can't adjust it I just have to wait until the back on but I'm tired of that so I just decided that I just no longer need it thank you if I want it again I will let you know

I paid for Starz for ten months it cost $29.99 - it has been a few weeks now and I can’t resolve it with them. I keep getting a bot that is in no way helpful. Customer care phone line won’t connect.

Starz initially charged me $64.90 and I called them out on what I signed on for it was 29.99 for ten months. They adjusted and charged me only 29.99 but then they ended by saying that I have not paid.

Impossible to get anyone in line; and bots are just polite but have no capacity to understand my issue.

Im ready to call my credit card company and have them refund to me what starz is not acknowledging. I paid and I either want the service I paid for or a refund.

Customer service is terrible! When all you want is to cancel, you have to jump through many hurdles.

How hard is it to cancel a subscription? They want you to do everything online.

I'm handicapped and can't. Never again!!!

I currently watch Outlander and Men in Kilts. The rest of their programming doesn't interest me.

So, I canceled. Will probably pick it back up later to watch Outlander.
