I have to go to the chat; my question about being billed early for my subscription that is due on 9/25/25 is not being responded to by the bot or online. I have already emailed and it is not resolved.

Someone please respond; can I receive a phone call?

Billing

Charged without my consent. Tried to reach customer service, couldn't.

On hold forever. So I elected to receive a call back, no one called. Do not charge me what you want without my consent!

There are promos out there that I can sign up for. Please refund my money!

Starz - I got the a promotion

I ended up getting a promotion saying to get 3 months for $2.99 and then after, stop after the 3 months were over that we were paid the regular price. Every time I go in to watch a movie, it is telling me to reactivate, and I don't understand if I already paid it.

Am I supposed to pay it after the 2 months or 3 months are over? Why is it charging me more money?
