Don't feel like anybody ever works there. No one answered the phone, no response to email, no response to the chat; there is zero customer service.

Want to cancel
Want to cancel but got sent all over the place including a Law Group. I just don't like starz I hit the button for cancelling your service but that took me all around the universe trying to talk with the right person.
I have called at least three times to cancel but it's still on and I'm being charged for this month. I need help to cancel your subscription. You can text me at mrsgrandmamatoni10@***.com or call at my phone 520-500-****.

Verified Reviewer |Zero for a review! Zero customer service! Call , I get kicked off and no call backs . Email , they send a dumb response like say yes before. I need a refund and surprise can’t get ahold of anyone.
Don’t use them!
What has happened is there is no customer service! You have charged me $74.19 for a subscription I canceled weeks and weeks ago, if not months.

I tried calling to speak with a rep. After 20 minutes on hold, the bot said that I have exceeded the hold time and that someone will call back, or I can also use the chat.
When I used the chat, I had a similar issue; it timed out and closed the conversation. Finally, I'm trying to use email.
We will wait to see what happens. PS: I still have not received a call back in over 24 hrs.

Junk doesn’t work
Junk,why you dont care. Big corporations is all about the bottom dollar .
You will not even care about this .
So why answer this for real. We pay you take but its all about the bottom dollar and where youll spend a vacation.

Promoted 23.99 and charged me 69.99. Customer service is impossible to contact.
You get bots then no agent comes on using chat.
Phone call isnt answered. Beware!

No customer service
They charged my account for a new subscription $69.99 on 01/09/2026. I contacted them through email to cancell my subscription and issue and refund.
I emailed because they online customer service kept kicking me off. Oh they cancelled my subscription but no refund. Now I have a year subscription that I cannot access.
Tried contacting them again still no response. STARZ is not a good streaming service and do not care about their customers.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. Problem solved.
I had a deduction for my checking account for a payment of $49.09 the other day 2025 December I did not wish to continue the subscription but I had paid all the way up until June by them taking that payment out.
I want my money back in my account.
If I'm not getting the service I should not have to pay for it.

It was SO easy to sign up for starz.. the cancellation?!
Absolutely unacceptable!! Feels like its intentional!!
And to get it resolved?? Not at all simple!!
Cancel Membership
I had stars subscription and cancel it I thought but for some reason it keeps charging me for watching and Ive tried every other method to cancel my subscriptions on the web and my Roku app. Please stop taking from my account and finally cancel the damn membership!!
